This research explores the relationship between recruitment, selection, employee training, client-centric approaches, and organizational performance within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Through a comprehensive analysis of these elements, the study aims to uncover the intricate dynamics that contribute to organizational success in this rapidly evolving sector. The findings reveal the critical importance of strategic recruitment strategies in attracting top talent with diverse skill sets.
