Job satisfaction in Bangladesh is primarily influenced by economic status and the provision of fringe benefits, which include tax-free perks such as retirement plans, health insurance, paid time off, and flexible working hours. These benefits are crucial for attracting and retaining talent, enhancing employee satisfaction, and boosting productivity. Research indicates a significant relationship between both financial and non-financial fringe benefits and job happiness, with organizations encouraged to develop effective compensation packages that address diverse employee needs. A study conducted in Dhaka using quantitative methods confirmed these findings, showing that fringe benefits substantially impact job satisfaction, with path coefficients and R-square values supporting the relationship between fringe benefits and job satisfaction.
